  • We are shipping daily: Most orders are processed and shipped on the same or next business day. (Except Custom and Made to Order products.) We will let you know if we expect a delay in processing.
  • Please use the USPS or UPS tracking number you receive to stay informed about the delivery status and expected arrival times of your order.
  • Carrier tracking information isn't being updated consistently. Your package may have been delivered even if you have not received a delivery confirmation email.
  • If you have received a confirmation delivery email but do not see your package by the front door, please check all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards. Also check with anyone who might have retrieved the package, including neighbors.
  • If you’re still unable to locate the package, please contact us to request a new shipment or refund.  We are only able to see the same tracking information that our customers do when checking the tracking on each order.



  • We offer free shipping to all locations in the lower 48 US states on all purchases of $75 or more.
  • If you order an item that is in stock and marked "READY TO SHIP", we typically prepare and ship your order in 1 to 2 business days.
  • We typically use UPS Ground; or USPS First Class or Priority Mail, at our choice. These options take from 2 to 4 days in transit, depending on where you are located. So, including preparation, you should expect to receive your order in 3 to 6 business days after ordering.


  • We typically offer 2 to 3 express shipping options:
      UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air
      Though we may substitute USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express (when it is cheaper and/or faster). If we end up getting a better shipping rate than you paid, we will refund you the difference.
  • Shipping prices for these options should be offered to you at checkout. Please contact us if you don't see the options, or need different options.
  • If you order an item that is in stock and marked "READY TO SHIP", we will quickly prepare your order and get it shipped out the next business day.
  • For UPS Air options and USPS Priority Mail Express, if your order does not arrive on time, we can offer you a refund of the shipping fees only.

  • Products marked "READY TO SHIP" and showing availability are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If it doesn't say "Out of Stock", then it is available for prompt shipping.


  • Products marked "MADE TO ORDER" are made after your order is placed and typically require 3 to 5 business days to make.
  • We typically have enough materials to make most orders. But larger orders may take more time. We will inform you if we have any issues.
  • You can expect to receive your order in approximately 1 to 2 weeks after you place your order.


  • Shipping our fragile products is always a challenge: to protect them from breakage, yet keep them looking their best. We carefully wrap and package your purchase so that it arrives safely.
  • For the favors, we must pack them tightly to prevent shifting and breakage of the koufeta. So after receiving a purchase of any tulle wrapped bomboniera, some fluffing will definitely be needed.
  • We try our best to package the products so that they are ready to use right out of the box. But some products may need some fluffing and light ironing to make them look their best.
  • Custom orders require advanced payment, additional charges and additional time to create. Custom orders are not returnable/refundable.
  • Product design may change due to availability of materials. The photos may not reflect the latest design although we try very hard to update them quickly. We will request your approval if there are any changes to the product.
  • We use Biodegradable Starch Packing Peanuts in our shipments. Packing peanuts decompose in water leaving no toxic waste. FDA compliant.
  • We do not offer a delivery service.
