Dahlia Ladopana - Oil Cloths for Girls

Our ladopana sets are specially designed and created to assist the Godparents with the preparation of the baptism. We have carefully selected our collection of items needed in keeping with tradition of the Orthodox Church. The white ladopana are the first clothes put on the baby after the sacrament of baptism and they serve the purpose of absorbing the blessed oil. We aim to use 100% cotton fabric for all the items that are also intended to be reused by the child after the baptism. For practicality and due to the fact that children are baptized at an infant age, we chose to include an onesie and All in One cloth diaper. These make it much easier to dress the child, soak up and rinse the oil. Due to the lack of interest from our customers, our sets DO NOT INCLUDE a cap. Our ladopana do not have to be washed prior to use.

Items included in our sets are one bath towel, two hand towels, a sheet, one bottle for oil, a bar of soap, an onesie and one cloth diaper. Our sheets and oil bottles are always decorated to coordinate with the baptism candles. The 'All in One' cloth diaper needs no diaper cover and fits babies 18-35lbs. When ordering please let us know size of baby for the onesie. The oil bottles hold 8oz of olive oil. Our hope is that you will find it beneficial and time efficient to shop our ladopana sets.
